Wow! I always thought the before and after photos were enhanced to make it look good. But I can tell you Sir Grout is exactly what you see in photos. Our condo is 20 years old and has had many DIY owners try to fix the 2 showers. I was worried it would cost us thousands to redo the showers but no, it was less than a thousand dollars for two large showers, bathroom floors and the kitchen floor.
Leo produced a quick, simple, straight forward estimate. And his techs Joseph and Daniel followed through. They were there on time and took pride in their work. First they cut out all the old caulk and damaged grout. Then they high pressure steamed the entire shower. Even the drain. Yuck! That was gross. They chipped, used a razor blades and other tiling tools to cut away the old grout, caulk, hair and gross debris. They regrouted and recaulked. That looked amazing, but they were not done. Sir Grout sealed each and every grout line in the shower and on the tile floor. This looked painstaking. But the techs were as excited to see the transformation as I was.
Wow Wow Wow! I didn't think we could get these results. Completely gratifying! The techs were knowledgeable and you could tell they had been professionally trained. They took pride in their work! They were tidy while doing the work and cleaned up before they left. Great experience from start to finish! I am looking for more things to have them redo.

We have white subway tile in the kitchen, backsplash and behind range hood. The grout was white with a hint of beige (as to be neutral) so I thought. We hated it! I called Sir Grout and asked about tinting the grout lines. Leo was prompt to give us and estimate and to my surprise, yes, this was doable!

We had cracks in our floor tile grout in the master bathroom and hallway. I Googled to see what grout repair services were near us. Sir Grout was one and another I won't name. It took a week for a call back. Sir Grout took just one phone call to set up an appointment for estimate. Leo was right on time the designated day and thoroughly explained the repair process. That night we had our estimate by email and I approved the work by electronic signature. Very easy. The work was performed one week later by Tony and Daniel who were extremely professional and on time. They cleaned up when finished and the work is very well done. No more cracks! Leo stopped by to check up about midway through the job. On his way out he saw one more crack that none of us had seen. They repaired it on the spot. They couldn't exactly match the grout color but what was used is very close. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Kissimmee.
